Apricot-Raspberry Recipe Serves 1 Ingredients: 6 oz apricot nectar, chilled
8 oz apricot halves in light syrup, drained
1 tbsp honey
1/4 frozen raspberries
Special Equipment: Blender
Instructions: Combine apricot nectar, apricot halves, ice, and honey and blend until smooth. Add raspberries and blend until broken up but not completely blended in. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
Nonalcoholic Smoothie. Serve in a Wine glass.
